This form requests basic information about the club including meeting days, times, locations, and club officer's and advisor's information. There is also a hyperlink to the ICC Bylaws in case they need to be reviewed (these will be updated over the summer semester). It is imperative that you fill out this form in order for your club to continue as a chartered club. On Friday September 9, 2016 all clubs that have not filled out the Charter Form will be frozen until the form has been completed and approved.
This completion of this form signifies the certification of club presidents and advisors. Upon completion, it will be submitted to the Coordinator of Clubs and Service for review. Once approval has been received, the club president and advisor is certified for the 2015-2016 school year.

Club Rush is a great way to promote your club and get new club members. This year's Club Rush will be held January 17 and 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Diagonal and sidewalk between the Gardner and Browning buildings. Set up is between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. and spots are first come first serve. We will provide a table and 2 chairs for your club if you sign up and will provide power for your booth upon request. You are responsible for any other materials needed for the event. This is a $40 merit money opportunity ($20 a day).

Club Night will be a large scale event with multiple activities to choose from all hosted by different clubs. Club Night will be publicized by Student Government's Public Relations Branch. We will help you get people there. All you have to do is host an epic activity for your club members to enjoy. Club Night will be held January 17 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gardner Building. Set up is between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and spots will be assigned. Each club is responsible for hosting their own activities and is responsible for any materials needed at the event. The mission of DSUSA is to be an advocate for all current students and to provide them with a university experience by creating learning, social, and service opportunities. DSUSA also promotes school spirit by creating unity and a unique Dixie culture through Dixie traditions, events, and opportunities.
DSUSA student government consists of 42 stipend positions within 7 branches, and 10 committees housed under the Service, Student Life, Athletic and Public Relations Branches. Committee members receive no compensation, but committees are an easy way to get involved, gain experience, and learn about student government with less responsibility. This form is part of the DSU Student Association Student Fee Allocation process. Each department receiving a student fee is required to give an accounting of its fee usage to the committee every other year. Your department's fee is scheduled for review during the week of January 30- February 3 of the 2017 spring semester. Once your information is complete, the committee will review the report and then contact you to schedule a time for a representative(s) to present on its report and to discuss the fee. Please complete this form by Friday January 13th 2017 by 5 p.m.

The Blazer Digest is primarily for the publication of campus wide events hosted by DSUSA. Other entities/departments on campus are welcome to submit events that are student oriented and applicable to the entire student body. Inclusion of events in the Blazer Digest is at the discretion of the DSUSA PR Branch. Depending on layout and design, space availability, and other factors, your event may, or may not, be posted in the Blazer Digest. Form submissions will be evaluated every Monday on a weekly basis. Blazer Digest requests for recurring events must be resubmitted for each occurrence.
Events not submitted 2 weeks in advance will not be published.
